Paying for Your Appointment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and cash. The total cost of the appointment, minus the deposit, is due at the end of the appointment.
About the Deposit
The deposit is 20% of your appointment cost, non-refundable, and required to schedule your appointment. This deposit reserves the time for you, and keeps anyone else from booking.
The deposit is not an additional charge, it’s credited to the total cost of your procedure once the session is complete.
Cancelling and Rescheduling Appointments
You can reschedule your appointment online up to 72 hours in advance and we’ll roll your deposit over to apply to the rescheduled appointment. Cancellations with less notice don’t give us enough time to re-book your time slot for someone else.
However, we do understand things come up: Please give us a call at 415-529-4040 if you need to reschedule within 72 hours. A new, non-refundable deposit is required to book the new time slot should you need to reschedule within 72 hours of your appointment.
We are unable to work on your brows without a signed note from an appropriate physician if any of the below apply:
You get keloid scarring
You are pregnant
You have been on Accutane within 1 year
You are undergoing Chemotherapy
Finally, we are only able to work with clients who are 18 years of age and up, and we require you bring a government-issued photo ID to comply with California law in this regard.
Please give us a call or email us at hello@browclubsf.com if you have any questions or concerns about anything not listed on this page that might apply to you. Good communication is essential for great results!
If you’ve had previous microblading or cosmetic brow tattooing done in the past, we may not be able to deliver the same results as to someone who hasn’t had it done.
If you've had work done in the past, please don’t book a full initial session but email us first, so we can see photos of the work and discuss realistic outcomes. An in-person consultation may be necessary in a case of a more complex cover-up.
Please keep in mind that if we are unable to work over the existing color, Mina would be happy to refer you to a trusted dermatologist for Pico laser removal of any unwanted pigment.
